If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement or anything that makes you feel like you’re just not yourself, and you’re trying to find joy in your life again, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help you.

As a humanistic, person-centred counsellor I focus on you as an individual, with your specific individual needs.

How safe is your information when you tell it to me? As a professional counsellor I am ethically bound to keep your information as your information.

I believe you are the expert on you. My job is to help you explore what is going on for you, how you feel and walk alongside you to help you figure out what is happening for you and how to feel more like yourself.

Walk and talk counselling is where you and I go out for a walk in Knaresborough, talking for 50 minutes as we walk.

I walk in pretty much all weather (not ice or hurricanes!) but its totally up to you when you want to walk because you have to feel comfortable.

I was on a website the other day and came across one of those ‘I’m not a robot’ boxes. This made me think you need to know I’m not a robot.

I’m qualified to work with people online all over the world. But there are so many different laws in different countries that I’ve decided to just work online with people in the UK.

I’m based in the fantastic town of Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. You’d get to experience a lot of it if you join me for some Walk and Talk counselling sessions.
